David Wence, D. Min., LCPC
Decatur Psychological Associates. P.C. was founded by Dr. David Wence in 2005.
Dr. Wence received his BA in Psychology and Sociology from Eureka College in 1972;
his Masters of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in 1976; and
his Doctor of Ministry from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary in 1986.
Dr. Wence has been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of
Illinois since 1999 as well as a Fellow in the American Association of Pastoral
Counselors since 2002. Following are the areas in which Dr. Wence works: individual,
couple and family counseling, identity issues, depression, anxiety, grief, crisis
intervention and behavioral problems, sexual addiction, teens, young adults, and
adults.

Patricia M. Brown, M.A., LCPC
Pat joins the staff of Decatur Psychological Associates with a BA in Psychology
from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a Master of Arts in Clinical
Counseling from Illinois State University. Pat has been a licensed Clinical
Professional Counselor since 2003. Pat is certified in Critical Incident Stress
Debriefings. Pat specializes in short term, solution focused counseling for:
grief and loss issues, occupational, vocational questions, stress management and
recovery, gay and lesbian issues, cultural identity issues, adults as care-givers
to aging parents.

Roger Daniels, D. Min., LPC
Dr. Daniels is a Decatur native. He received his Bachelor of Arts from
Illinois State University in 1982, his Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist
Theological Seminary in 1985, and his Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Counseling
from the same institution in 1997. He completed specialized, clinical training
in Psycho-Social care in 1992 at the SIU School of Medicine. Dr. Daniels’
counseling interests include: depression, anxiety, stress management and adjustment
difficulties, marriage and family therapy, divorce and grief recovery issues.
He and his wife, Alice, have been married over 25 years and have two daughters.

Timothy H. Moore, MA, LCPC
Tim received his Master of Arts in Counseling from Lincoln Christian Seminary in
2007 after retiring from 33 years in teaching for Central A & M School District to
pursue a second career in counseling. He received a Masters in Education from the
University of Illinois and a Bachelors in Education from Eastern Illinois University.
Tim discovered his interest in counseling through many years of working with students,
particularly teenagers, and families and as a church leader and educator. Call Tim for
help with adolescent/family and marital issues, sexual addiction/pornography, Asperger's,
PTSD, grief, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety or depression. Tim has been trained in EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This therapy has been successful in
reating trauma and anxiety.

C. Sue Wright, MS, NCC, LPC
After having a career as a registered nurse for sixteen years Sue received a Bachelor
of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University. She returned to EIU in graduate work
for a Master of Science in clinical counseling. Sue is board certified, attaining
certification as a National Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified
Counselors, Inc. (NBCC). She is licensed by the State of Illinois as a licensed professional
counselor. She has worked at Douglas County Mental Health and First United Methodist Church
of Mattoon, Illinois. Sue combines her medical knowledge and counseling using a holistic
approach with her clients. She specializes in women issues, children, grief and loss issues,
and family relationship.
Sue and her husband, Elmer and have three adult children and five growing, almost young adults,
grandchildren. They live on a farm; have a dog, Gretchen, and two cats, Puff and Bird.

David T. Anderson
DAVID T. ANDERSON has spent 44 years as a financial consultant.
He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1963.
He earned the following designations from the American College in Byrn Mawr, Pennsylvania:
- Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) 1968
- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) 1982
- Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFC) 1985
- Master of Science in Management (MSM) 1986.
He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
He works with clients in planning educational, family life insurance, retirement, and long-term needs as well as budgeting and general money management and investment strategies.
